Austin is known for excelling in various positions within the industry, particularly for his creative wealth strategies, accountability processes, and his ability to enhance net profits in automotive dealerships.

 He is currently based in San Antonio, Texas, but he has deep connections to West Texas, where the family business, Pollard Auto Group, originated. Austin holds a bachelor's degree in business from Texas Tech University, and it's where he met his wife, Emma, who holds a special place in his heart. They got married on July 23rd, 2016. Austin founded Principle Dealer Solutions (PDS) with the aim of teaching his children the importance of pursuing their dreams, emphasizing discipline, work ethic, sacrifice, and making a positive impact on those associated with PDS.

 Austin's primary motivation in life revolves around his family, starting with his supportive wife, Emma, who serves as an example to their children. They have three children named Major, Bradie, and Baker. Austin's unique perspective in the automotive industry comes from his role as a "retail car guy" operating in the insurance business, rather than an "insurance guy" attempting to understand the retail car business.

 Beyond his professional pursuits, Austin enjoys studying his Bible, spending quality time with his family, engaging in physical exercise, and watching sports.
